My professional career began in the banking industry. In 1981 received my Vermont Real Estate license and worked at WM Smith Agency until 1985 when I became the Executive Vice President of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, a position I held for 13 year and with the Great Falls Regional Chamber of Commerce for a period of time.

In 1998 I decided to venture out and do something I had always wanted, to own my own business. I purchased a flower and gift shop and enjoyed the opportunity to own my own business. After selling the business I went back to banking as the Branch Manager of a local community bank, until a decision to be nearer to family led me to Kentucky, where I obtained my Kentucky Real Estate license. Returning to Vermont I returned to selling real estate with Muse & Associates Real Estate.

Throughout my professional career I have so enjoyed working on a personal level with all types of people and have enjoyed long lasting friendships with many. It is heartwarming to help a young family find their first home or to help a family find their forever home or that second home buyer who just may make the permanent move to our beautiful state.

I am a Board member of the Board of Commissioners of the Springfield Housing Authority and serve as a Board member of the Springfield Rotary Club. I served as the Rotary President in 2014-15 and currently serve as an Assistant Governor in the district. Other Boards I have served on, include the Gallery at the Vault, the Springfield Regional Development Corp, Springfield Hospital, Crown Point Board of Realtors to name a few.
